铜包钢接地棒结构组成如下:
主棒:接地棒选用优质冷拉元钢,用专用设备外铸紫铜(厚度为0.3~0.5MM,含铜量99.9%),以保证其具有优良的导电性能和机械强度,该产品具有优良的防腐蚀性能。
连接管:棒与棒之间可以采用铜制连接管连接,具有比较佳的防腐效果。棒与棒之间接触紧密,在将接地棒打入地下或采用驱动钻钻入地下时驱动力直接作用于接地棒。分为螺纹连接和非螺纹连接。
驱动头:由高强度合金钢制成,可以保证驱动力顺利打入地下。
合金尖端:保证在复杂地质条件下打入地下。
      铜包钢接地棒用于接地网中垂直接地体,接地在整个防雷系统中占有重要的作用,它影响着整个防雷系统的防直击雷效果,直接雷通过避雷针/避雷带等引雷装置,再通过接地网泄入地下,接地网的好坏影响整体效果。在国外都已经用镀铜接地棒(铜包钢接地棒)代替镀锌圆钢,正是因为镀铜接地棒的效果高于镀锌圆钢数倍。铜包钢接地棒是将99.99%的电解铜电镀到钢材表面,结合度高没有间隙,任何弯曲不会产生铜层剥离现象,而且由于圆钢表面是高纯度电解紫铜,所以镀铜接地棒的导电性能能与纯铜媲美,是现在电力工程,石化工程,通信工程等优先选择的接地材料。
